Remind yourself that even the littlest steps will carry you to the finish line. No task is too small when it comes to reaching for your dreams.

Locked in for fight camp. 🥊 Every session is a step toward the cage, and I’m opening up sponsorship opportunities for businesses and brands that want to be part of the journey. If you’re interested in supporting my next fight, send me a DM and let’s talk. 🙏🏾❤️👊🏾

BUNKER BRIEF
CULTURE FILE 002

THE ROOM DOESN’T HEAL YOU.

Everyone sees the surface-level physicality of combat sports.

The violence.
The exhaustion.
The victories and losses.
The willingness to keep fighting.

Very few understand the inner storms many people are masking with it.

Combat sports can give pain somewhere to go. They can create structure, discipline and belonging. But they do not automatically heal the person carrying that pain.

Skill is not character.
Toughness is not emotional health.
Social approval is not integrity.

Unresolved trauma can become control disguised as leadership, humiliation disguised as toughness and silence demanded in the name of loyalty.

The alternative requires something more difficult than fighting another person.

It requires brutal honesty.
Accountability.
Self-awareness.
Boundaries.
The willingness to confront yourself without an audience.

That path can become lonely.

When people benefit from your silence, they may call your boundaries betrayal. When they refuse to hold themselves accountable, they may demonize you for finally holding yourself accountable.

Choose your mental health anyway.

The approval of people committed to avoiding themselves will never be worth abandoning the person you are trying to become.

This is why I founded FIGHT CULT.

To give a voice to the unspoken fight beneath the visible one. To create space for truth, reflection and the people carrying battles nobody else can see.

Not to glorify damage.

Not to pretend suffering makes someone righteous.

But to recognize that the most important fight is often the one taking place within—and winning it requires more than violence.

The room can teach you how to fight.

It cannot decide what kind of person you become.

The healing is your responsibility.
