Our eyes were designed for natural light, distance + movement not hours of staring 12 inches away at man-made light from phones, computers and LEDs. 👀💻

Constant screen use can mean less blinking, prolonged near-focus and more visual fatigue and we often compensate by squinting, furrowing the brows, tightening the temples and even holding tension through the jaw + neck. The good “ TECH NECK”

This is why I don’t treat the eye area as just skin. ✨

Massage around the eyes, brows, temples, scalp and neck can help release the muscular tension we accumulate throughout the day, while screen breaks and looking into the distance allow the eyes to relax from constant near-focus.

Your eyes need rest, movement + distance too. 🤍

JAW. DROPPED. 🤌🏼✨

My beautiful client + friend Emily came in needing a little post-summer refresh after all that time in the sun and LOOK at her. Feeling like an absolute doll. 🎀

We focused on bringing life back into the skin: refreshing, sculpting, hydrating and getting that healthy glow back without overdoing it.

And this is just the beginning… 👀

We’re officially mapping out her fall peel series to start working on the summer buildup, uneven tone + texture and supporting fresh, healthy skin going into the cooler months.

Summer is for living in your skin. ☀️
Fall is for repairing it. 🍂✨

Peel season is coming, Goldensita girls. 🤍
