Still feeling so fulfilled after such a beautiful morning at KAIROS. 🤍

@goldensitaa has had the opportunity to join the wellness club and teach a Gua Sha class and share more about the importance of lymphatic drainage, detoxification, and creating intentional practices that support our bodies from the inside out.

One of my absolute favorite parts of being in this business is the people it continues to connect me with. There is something so special about being surrounded by like-minded people who genuinely care about wellness, community, and helping others feel their best.

So grateful to everyone who helped bring this event together! Thank you @kairosjax for spreading the love!

My heart is full, and I already can’t wait to see what other events, collaborations, and beautiful moments are in the near future for Goldensita. 🤎

A little longevity, a little movement, and a lot of good energy with @happyaging & @thecore 🫶🏻

Such a fun morning celebrating Happy Aging and everything that goes into aging well taking care of your body, moving, fueling yourself well, and surrounding yourself with people who inspire and motivate you. 🤍

You know I’ll always love the science-y side of wellness, but I also believe so much of feeling your best comes down to your everyday lifestyle, environment, and the energy you surround yourself with.

So grateful for events like this that bring together wellness, movement, connection, and so many like-minded people.

My transformation was never just about my skin or losing weight. It was about finally understanding my body. And now I just want to have fun 🤣🤍🎾🎉✈️

For years, I chased symptoms acne, hormones, inflammation, digestion, energy and was constantly offered another quick fix.

Everything began to change when I stopped asking, “What can I take for this?” and started asking, “Why is my body doing this?”

I combined what I’ve learned through Ayurveda, movement, Chinese modalities, nutrition, functional lab testing, and Integrative Health and slowly started connecting the dots.

That journey is also what Goldensita is becoming. So much more than skin. ✨

I believe longevity is built in the small choices we make every single day how we eat, move, sleep, manage stress, nourish ourselves, and understand what our individual bodies actually need.

I’m still learning. Still healing. Still evolving. And now I’m so excited to use everything I’ve learned to help others do the same. 🤍

One of the biggest reasons I pursued becoming an Integrative Health Practitioner was because I wanted to understand what may be happening beyond the treatment room and how things like nutrition, lifestyle, stress, digestion, hormones, and nutrient status can connect with what we see in the skin.

And I CANNOT WAIT to bring lab testing to Goldensita’s menu. 🧪✨

Becoming an Integrative Health Practitioner is going to be such a game changer for the way I’m able to support my clients combining the skin + lymphatic work we already do with a much more comprehensive look at wellness.

Not diagnosing. Not replacing your doctor. Just asking better questions, looking at the bigger picture, and helping you become more informed about your own body.

Skin longevity 🤝 whole-body wellness.

Been obsessed with coating my face in retinol and then applying a layer of zinc every night with a toothbrush. 🤍

The toothbrush helps me spread a super thin, even layer without wasting product. It’s become one of my favorite little nighttime rituals especially on nights when my skin is feeling a little stressed.

Of course, everyone’s skin is different, so always introduce retinol slowly and make sure your skin tolerates it. ✨ taken in Lewes, Delaware by @ursulaarose
