Something Chill is continuing the legacy of never getting last at an event 🥶🥶. We appreciate the sportsmanship award (and the Gosling that came with it 😋)!!! We are very happy to have sailed our first Prince of Wales and are ready for many more 😤😤. The team had a tough couple of races and beat ourselves on the occasion but we also gained a ton of knowledge and the desire to set some goals! We are very thankful to the @annapolisycfoundation for their support and we are excited for what next year’s season has to bring… stay tuned 🎥🎞️🍿.

US Match Race National Champions.

No race was won easily but we managed to sail the entire event undefeated.

Stoked to come away with the win and get our names on the Prince of Wales trophy.

Winning this event earns the team an invite to the Nations Cup in France next year, where thanks to European drinking laws, skipper @willsstratton will finally be able to have a drink with the team.

Riptide Racing takes 🥈 at the 2026 Bermuda Gold Cup 🇧🇲

A great week overall but a tough result in the finals. We lined up against Christian Hamilton and his Khumbu Match Race Team from Great Britain who made it quite the final series. We took it all the way to the finish line in Race 5 but unfortunately it didn't fall our way, losing 2-3. While not the result we came to the island in search of, there were a lot of positives to take away from this week. The way we fought back in Race 5 was the culmination of a week of learning and improving as a team every single race.

The guys on the boat did an phenomenal job all week, and we definitely wouldn't have had a shot at the win in Race 5 without them. Nick Blackman, Luke Payne, and Adam Minoprio, thank you for the effort guys!

The 🥈 in Bermuda sees us extend our lead in the 2026 WMRT Points Championship, as well as strengthen our hold on our #1 World Match Race Ranking for another year!

A huge thank you to our incredible hosts Lindsay Watson and Rebecca Roberts who took care of us all week!

Thanks to our supporters Seawanhaka Corinthian Yacht Club, Anders & Co Timepieces, American Sailboat Racing Foundation, NEKA Sailing Foundation, and Row America.

Next up will be the @worldmatchracingtour 2026 Finals hosted by @amaalayachtclub on the Red Sea! The dates are currently being confirmed so stay tuned for that.

Undefeated…all weekend!

William Stratton and his team are your 2026 U.S. Match Racing Champions, taking home the Prince of Wales Bowl without losing a single match. An incredible feat against a competitive field, and a finish worth celebrating.

San Diego delivered for the final day: steady 6–8 knots, flat water, and racing right beneath the downtown skyline. Champagne conditions on the racecourse, with champagne to follow ashore.

Congratulations to Will and his team for an exceptional regatta, and to all ten teams for bringing the competition throughout the weekend. Thank you to San Diego Yacht Club, race committee, umpires, and volunteers for making it happen.

A perfect record. A national title. Cheers to our 2026 champions!

Day ✌️ of the 2026 U.S. Match Racing Championship kept everyone on their toes.

Santa Ana breeze brought shifty, unusual conditions to San Diego Harbor, with the downtown skyline providing a pretty incredible backdrop. Tight matches and close finishes made for a hard-fought day, as teams worked through the shifts and made the most of every opportunity.

With conditions affecting the schedule, we’re heading straight from the round robin into the semifinals. Congratulations to William Stratton, Peter Joslin, Cameron Feves, Molly Carapiet and their teams for securing the final four spots.

Tomorrow brings semifinals, finals, and consolation racing for places 5–10. One more day on the water to decide who takes home the Prince of Wales Bowl.

🥈2nd at Match Race Worlds. We started at 3 wins-3 losses on day 1. And just kept chipping away. Each race in the Quarters, Semis and Finals was close. So fun going to battle with people that are so good at what they do. And such a privilege to be able to do this. Congrats to Paulien, Maelenn, Louise and Laurane. Those first two races of the finals were epic!! And to Hailey, Molly C and Nicole nice work rock stars 😉👊💥

Round Robin: 6-5 🇺🇸🇫🇷🇳🇱🇺🇸🇸🇪🇸🇪🇳🇿🇫🇷🇦🇺🇫🇷🇺🇸🇩🇰

Four days. Twelve teams. One World Champion.

San Francisco Bay may have a reputation as a stern teacher, but skipper Pauline Courtois (FRA) and her Match in Pink by Normandy Elite Team proved to be quick studies at the 2026 World Sailing Women’s Match Racing World Championship.

With light winds, strong current and some of the closest racing we’ve seen, these teams earned every inch of it.

Congratulations to our champions, Courtois with Match in Pink by Normandy Elite Team, for their 6th world championship and to every sailor who made this week what it was. In second place was StFYC team Vela racing with skipper Nicole Breault, followed by Team Out of the Box from The Netherlands in third place.

Thank you for racing with us at St. Francis Yacht Club.

Three days down. One left to go.
San Francisco Bay tested every team out there today with lighter than normal winds and strong current.

What stood out most wasn’t just the competition. It was the respect between these sailors, win or lose.
Tomorrow decides it all. One team becomes Women’s Match Racing World Champion.

Teamwork, patience and tactics were the name of the game out in the racecourse for Day 2. With a delayed start the action piled up in the second half of the day, finalizing the Round Robins as 8 out of 12 teams head to the Quarterfinals tomorrow.
