⚓️ Baby… the stories I could tell! 😂 Some days tested me, some people blessed me, and God carried me through all of it. 💙

One thing about me, I’m going to find a reason to laugh and bring some good energy wherever I go. Every day isn’t easy, but your days are what you make them. Sometimes you have to create the good moment, be the reason somebody smiles, and make the best of whatever situation you’re in. And that’s what I’m going to keep doing! 🥰

If you’ve been part of my Navy journey, what’s a memory of us that still makes you laugh? I know somebody has a story! 👀😂👇🏽

⚓️🇺🇸 HAPPY 251ST BIRTHDAY, U.S. NAVY! 💙

Today was a FULL one! I had the privilege of serving as a board member for Bluejacket of the Quarter and Junior Sailor of the Quarter. Before the boards began, I helped prepare a few first-timers who weren’t familiar with reporting procedures, then conducted their inspections once they entered.

It felt good being on the other side of the table, looking for the cream of the crop! Being apart of the selection process to recognize Sailors whose hard work, dedication, and performance set them apart is always rewarding.

After that I scrambled over to security where I graded about 50 tests for Training Tuesday (knocking out these ASTs, if you know, you know 😂), spent time mentoring junior Sailors, enjoyed some fellowship with my peers, and I even received a special package from my longest-running and favorite pen pal, my mom, Bridgette! 📦♥️🙌🏽

Did I get lunch? ABSOLUTELY NOT! 😂

But what better way to celebrate the Navy’s birthday than spending the day doing what makes the Navy what it is? Developing Sailors, recognizing excellence, building relationships, and carrying on the traditions of those who served before us.

251 years of service, sacrifice, tradition, and excellence. Here’s to the Sailors who came before us, those serving today, and the generations still to come! ⚓️💙

HOOYAH, NAVY! 🇺🇸

🔥😂 WHEN EVERYTHING AROUND YOU IS CHAOS… KEEP YOUR COOL!

Handle what you can handle, but don’t forget to take care of YOU first. Sometimes you need a minute to reset, think clearly, and baby… I gotta eat before we solve anything. 😂

What’s ONE thing you have to do before you can deal with a problem at work?

“Where the food at?” 📍 @twinpeaksrestaurants

Just a few sailors enjoying a lunch break after an event. 🖐️🤣

And before y’all say anything… YES, I know my stomach was poking at the end.
That’s between me and the gym!!!

10/10 would do it again. ♥️

I REALLY ENJOY MY JOB. ☺️🥰
I LOVE THE ENERGY IT BRINGS ME(&& the energy I’m able to give them) The students believe that we are here just teaching tactics but we here for ALL of it. I’m here for the ones who need BIG SISTERS, a cool AUNTIE or to have an empathetic, listening ear. They need family away from family. 💕♥️🌸 We want them to feel like THIS (USN) is their home away from home. (Because it is) We’re training somebodies child and somebody else’s head of household… ♥️✨ WE HERE FOR ALL OF IT.
Helping to shape up our world greatest navy.💪🏽
Finishing out my last “Fo” STRONG. 💪🏽
It’s been a fun journey! 🏃🏽
