Bandcamp Friday. Support my smoking habit, throw us a couple bones baby!! . Honestly the way the music industry is right now, the best way for us to do this in the long run is building a personal relationship with each of you, and building enough of a rapport that you feel confident enough to support us financially! And while we’re working on new merch drops, we are not a t shirt company, we are a band. So take a trip to the past when people paid money for music, and help us out! Thank you so so much for all the love!! And if you’re unable to support financially, they just drop a sweet comment or considerate Dm, because it’s all just energy exchange anyway. So your love goes even further than your dollar! . Artwork by @usuallymikey photo by @lux_photographypro smoke by @pacific_stone420 . Link in bio! . @fayewebster and @stelladonnelly @bootlegtheater. I always try to see the opener - @juliajacklin introduced me to Faye Webster a year and a half ago and I've been a huge fan ever since. Faye's music is simple roots Country, gentle and romantic and very personal. Only 21, her set included several new songs off her third (!) album Atlanta Millionaires Club, due May 24, and with the exception of Stella's band joining on two songs it was signature Faye on electric and Pistol on pedal steel guitar. With Faye's beautiful songs and wonderfully melancholic voice not much else is necessary - except maybe some breaking Atlanta Braves news, mad yo-yo skills, and funky dance moves! Stella Donnelly, another gem from the crop of Australian women currently conquering the world, leads with jaunty, upbeat melodies and a voice as sweet as candy - then sucker punches you with her socio-politically heavy lyrics. Sticking mainly to songs from the month-old Beware of the Dogs, with charming between song banter, Stella owned the crowd from the moment she walked on stage. She shared that her first time playing in LA was to 20 or so folk @moroccanlounge; I'd forgotten that Stella's become a bit of a phenom since then and arrived after doors to find a long line and a quickly filling Theater Stage. My how things have changed! Sucks for me but I'm so glad to see that two adorably charismatic young women making uniquely personal yet universally relatable music can draw a full house. Go girls! 💚 . . #fayewebster #stelladonnelly #bootlegtheater #lamusicscene #lamusic #livemusicla #livemusic #supportlocalmusic #getouttoashow

@sparepartsforbrokenhearts @thehihatla. Now that was a show party! The room comfortably full of friends, friendlies, and notables was rocked hard by Sarah, Jonny, and Jess, who seemed genuinely touched by the crowd’s enthusiastic response. But that’s what happens when good people make good music - they’d better get used to it! 💚 Swipe for video! Presented by @drmartensofficial, thanks Doc! . . #sparepartsforbrokenhearts #drmartens #thehihat #lamusicscene #lamusic #livemusicla #livemusic #supportlocalmusic #getouttoashow
