What a day.

From the big lifts to the energy in the crowd, Battle of the Universities brought together some incredible athletes and an even better community.

A massive thank you to every athlete who competed, everyone who came down to support, our volunteers, and everyone behind the scenes who helped make the day possible.

And of course, a huge thank you to our sponsors for supporting the event and helping us bring it all together.

We couldn’t have done it without you.

When I failed my 2nd academic year of pharmacy school, the world made it seem as if it was the end. I felt as if I was worthless and a failure at the very least.

Dad taught me that God will always allow certain things to happen to you regardless of whether it’s good or bad, because it’s his form of redirection.

I kept my head up and refused to quit.

Fast forward some time, this allowed me to progress to my final yr of study along with the bonus of finding my true passion.

I never prayed to be successful, I just asked that God would be by my side with every step I take.

Gods plan is always the best plan, keep working 💨
