Award-winning and workforce-ready 🎓

Meet Luke Wiley, a graduate of the M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology program and recipient of the Outstanding Graduate Student Award.

During his time at UTC, Luke combined academic excellence with hands-on experience through internships with Mohawk Industries and the Tennessee Valley Authority, supporting Assessment & Organizational Development in the Honors College, teaching undergraduate statistics labs, and completing a Graduate Fellowship with Lodestone People Consulting.

Through real-world consulting projects and years of faculty mentorship, he's built a strong foundation in applying psychology to improve workplaces and organizations.

He'll continue that work this summer with TVA’s People Analytics & Metrics team. We’re proud to celebrate Luke and what’s ahead. 💙
