POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Five years ago, I followed my intuition to visit this land. Aside from my love of clay and authentic beauty, I had no connection to Santa Fe that could explain the intense pull that I felt to be here.

It feels like I was possessed by divine will… a life force greater than me that had me making decisions beyond anything logical or fear-based.

My sense of emotional and financial security was deeply enmeshed in a 6-year relationship with my partner with whom I shared a business.

It made absolutely no “sense” for me to be consumed by my longing to create a home in Santa Fe, with a vision that it would be a sacred gathering place for me to host mystics, artists, and healers.

But I followed it… and the years that have unfolded since then have been miracle after miracle, transformation after transformation, leading me through initiations of deep grief, love, and pure magic.

This past week, I hosted the first Temple of Shakti Retreat on this sacred land I now call home. I witnessed the fruits of my labor come alive as 16 powerful priestesses inhabited this space performing sacred cord-cutting, water and blood ceremonies and fully embracing their sacred sexuality and raw power.

Everything finally made sense… from the womb vessels I made with clay 4 years ago to the 14-seater dining table I chose, even though I live alone…

Spending a week witnessing such raw vulnerability and being blessed by @parakaloprovisions in the kitchen preparing us food fit for gods, @jackie_paulson as the resident mom ready to tend to anything that came up with fierce devotion, @voice_of_rememberance sharing her fiery wisdom, @willow_brook leading us in sacred song and prayer, and @artofloving initiating us into the cosmic womb… my little self received the profound felt-sense that “I don’t have to do it all alone.”

Little Tammy is looking up at me with tears in her eyes, so ecstatic that we were part of creating the summer camp of her dreams... one where her spirituality, the color of her skin, the shape of her body, her sacred sexuality, and her intuitive gifts are not only deeply seen, but wildly celebrated.

I leave this week with the embodied knowing that magic is absolutely real.
