Back in autumn 2024, @utr.oslo opened their doors for our very first indoor Nomadic Chai, and it’s felt like home ever since. Now we’re gathering for the FIFTH time! 🍂🍁

Thank you for holding space for beautiful gatherings where music, art, culture and community come together. 🧡

A few weeks back Wilder Kitchen was nourishing our community at @utr.oslo with both edible Tiny rug™ and Massive rug™ 🍰

Creating food is more than filling hungry bellies, but an opportunity to delight and connect with guests. In this setting we invited visitors to make their own tiny rug (otherwise know as the Algerian filled flatbread, Mahajeb) or dig in to however much cake their heart desired.

Massive rug™ also had a zen garden 🪏 theme as whipped oat cream set the scene for a moment of tranquil fork combing.

Thank you for all those that joined to make magic 💫

Awe, grounding and creativity

THINGS THAT MAKE ME FEEL PRESENT AND ALIVE

Sunlight, music, practice, teaching - sharing - learning, reading, writing, spending time outside, my nephew’s tiny little fingers, getting my hands full of sourdough and patiently waiting for it to rise -taking-its-time + cutting through a sharp crust (my kind of asmr), time alone, time together, love, inspiring people & birdsong…

Spring
A practice of slowing down
so I can see
-and feel-
everything
