It’s been a month since the release of my debut single Dance Alone and it’s been really touching to receive such lovely feedback and good vibes from people who have enjoyed the song and resonated with the message. Thank you for tuning in.

How and when we create space to take care of ourselves is a huge thing for each of us to understand and navigate on a daily basis let alone having the courage to address deeper things which take time, commitment and real courage.

A lot of people have shared how they have been going through very challenging times and it’s so important to always remember that you are not alone. These are unprecedented times we are living in and there are all kinds of new challenges that we are facing.

It sounds obvious but easy to forget when we are struggling. Please always reach out to a friend, get outside and go for a walk or meet someone for a chat. Move your body and change the energy, come out of your head and in to the present moment. Step back and breathe.

I wanted to share some additional shots by talented friend @finnytaylor from the recording of the Dance Alone video in Brooklyn with @randy_rush_nyc and behind the scenes moments in NY and Salvador.

Thanks again to everyone who was involved in the recording of the song and the video. If you haven’t had the chance please check out the YouTube and Spotify links via my bio and the remix from @k_lone_.

So happy for the unexpected props and playlisting from @brownswood and @wonderland and the feature in #@spindlemagazine with pieces in @neun.magazine, @emergingheadliner and lots more still to come.

Much love ❤️

So often we are in our heads when we need to get in to our bodies, in to a flow state and in to the now. It’s such a powerful way to heal, and to look after our mental health, especially if we are doing something we love.

In the film @randy_rush_nyc and @joelypereira are searching Salvador and New York and rediscovering themselves through movement. Alone but connected at the level of the heart.

The full video for Dance Alone is now live on YouTube. Click the link in my bio to see! 🤍

I’m so excited to finally release the music video for Dance Alone.

It’s about the moments when we have to stand on our own and the time and space we need to heal.

This film took a number of years to piece together with filming between two cities that are very dear to my heart; Salvador and New York.

The full video is now live on YouTube. Click the link in my bio to check it out, I can’t wait for you to see it.

There are so many wonderful and talented people who worked on this that I would like to thank. ❣️
