So often we are in our heads when we need to get in to our bodies, in to a flow state and in to the now. It’s such a powerful way to heal, and to look after our mental health, especially if we are doing something we love.

In the film @randy_rush_nyc and @joelypereira are searching Salvador and New York and rediscovering themselves through movement. Alone but connected at the level of the heart.

The full video for Dance Alone is now live on YouTube. Click the link in my bio to see! 🤍

I’m so excited to finally release the music video for Dance Alone.

It’s about the moments when we have to stand on our own and the time and space we need to heal.

This film took a number of years to piece together with filming between two cities that are very dear to my heart; Salvador and New York.

The full video is now live on YouTube. Click the link in my bio to check it out, I can’t wait for you to see it.

There are so many wonderful and talented people who worked on this that I would like to thank. ❣️
