Not a breakfast person? Obviously neither are we..it’s not that we don’t like breakfast food, it’s that we don’t like getting up early.
PROBLEM SOLVED: the breakfast for lunch burger! Only available @stationbergweg everyday between 12 and 16:00 for just a tenner!
Scrumptious steamed egg, a sausage patty, indulgent chantarelle bacon jam, a crispy røsti & cheese.
This is the lunch you didn’t know you needed! Enjoy ❤️

Time escapes us. The days move into nights move into weeks, months, years. Time is a flat circle, yet one where a Breakfast of Champions is served (a plate?). Happy release day to us and those who celebrate! This might be the track we’ve worked on the longest, writing and shelving and writing and almost abandoning and eventually finishing the song. It might have taken over a year. It might have not. All we can say is that recording drums through an intercom is a big game changer.

Breakfast of Champions was recorded and mixed by @daan_duurland at @epicrainbowunicornstudio

Released through @atease

Tickets for the release tour are still live and kicking and available through the link in bio, we’d love to see you there

As we anxiously await the arrival of our debut album “Peeling an Orange in Just one Go”, we wanted to remind you all that it’s available for pre-order. The first run of the record will be printed on bone-coloured vinyl and if purchased from the @atease webshop you’ll receive your copy signed by us as well. These orders will also include an exclusive art print and a carefully constructed lyrics zine. What’s not to love, right? Peeling an Orange in Just one go is going to be available on vinyl, CD and cassette. We’re so proud of this album and of how far we’ve come since we started to write these songs. We can’t wait for you to hear it in its entirety.

High praise from the big dawgs!

If these burger munchin’ legends can’t convince you that the jamaican oxtail burger might be one of the best burgers you will ever have…a lil’ visit and taste of your own might just do the trick!

All jokes aside, we want to give big big thanks to @alvincailan @snackspert @per_de_man @joel.broekaert @mathieuterryn @dripfest.be

For giving a helping hand putting this little rotterdam spot on the (global) map by (voluntarily) preaching the stooges’ gospel!
We’ve been working our asses off, living the dream and loving every (most) minute(s) of it!!

Also big love to all of you for eating at our humble eatery

❤️kick, jip and the rest of team stooges’

As the world burns quite literally, we’ve released our new single People Pleaser into it. See it as an encouragement to stop suppressing your emotions for the sake of likeability. The world is a dark place and we’re allowed to be vocal about this. Look out for each other. Scream. And scream loudly.

People Pleaser was recorded at the lovely @epicrainbowunicornstudio by the equally lovely @daan_duurland . Mix also by Daan, mastered by @felixldd . Artwork by Lot van Teylingen @vacantlotstudio . Press picture by @kellyjosefienalexandre

Scoot on over to our Substack and subscribe to the newsletter so you’ll be the first to know (sooner than your neighbour, your dog, or honestly our manager). We’ll be in touch. X LC
