I may not have nailed the Spider-Man Challenge… but I showed up and TRIED!💥 Thank you @staceyervinjr for you constant and inspiring presence.

And honestly, that’s a win in my book. Success isn’t always about getting it perfect… it’s about being willing to try, laugh, learn, and try again. ❤️‍🔥

Some conversations are hard… but they can save lives. 💙

Almost three years ago, I lost a dear friend in a heartbreaking tragedy that forever changed my life. Today, I’m sharing her story… not to focus on the tragedy itself, but to remind us why mental health matters and why we need to have these conversations.

If this video encourages even one person to ask for help, check in on a loved one, or realize they are not alone, then sharing it is worth it.

💙 The full video 🎥 is now available on YouTube (link in bio), and in the comment section below 👇🏼

If this message speaks to you:

✨ Follow for more inspiring conversations about mental health, healing, resilience, and personal growth.

✨ Like, comment, and share to help spread awareness and hope.

✨ Remember: You never know what someone is silently carrying. A little kindness can make a world of difference.

Make a conscious decision to spread love, joy, and kindness. ♥️

Love,
Julisa

Last year there was a moment where I didn’t speak up for myself… (actually, there’s been a couple of moments)…and for a while, I carried that with me.

Not because I was weak….Not because I didn’t know better….But because sometimes we freeze, overthink, or try to keep the PEACE. ☮️

And later… we replay the moment(s) in our minds wishing we had said what our heart felt. 🤪

Here’s what I’ve learned:

👉🏼Your voice matters.

👉🏼 Your feelings matter.

👉🏼 And speaking up for yourself is a form of 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭.

We don’t always get it right in the moment — but every experience teaches us how to show up 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐎𝐋𝐃 next time. 💪🏼

𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧… 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.

💥𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐚 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐤𝐞 𝐮𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟?

👉🏼Share in the comments or drop a 💬 if you’re learning to use your voice too.

𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞,
𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐚

Magazines slow you down in a world that moves too fast.
They give you depth, reflection, and the kind of clarity you don’t always find on a screen.
This piece by @valenestone reminds us why intentional reading still matters and why we all need moments of stillness in our growth journey.

Our newest edition of Inspiration & Success Magazine is now available.

Speak it into existence.
