“It’s always the uke’s fault.” A joke with some truth to it.

Thanks to everyone @valensjiujitsu who has drilled with me, helped me troubleshoot positions, and patiently walked me through every “wait, what am I supposed to do here?”

I have the ukes to blame, especially one in particular. 😂

Thank you to the CLBJJ for the great tournament. It’s amazing to have a well run, fun tournament right here at home. Thank you to all the other teams that participated and all the athletes who competed. Valens Jiu Jitsu Academy is the home of GFTeam in Saskatchewan and we are so proud of our athletes, coaches and the supporting family and friends who helped us have another great result. This year we were able to win the 1st place team trophy for the adult and master gi division. We look forward to improving and working with all the other great teams in the province to grow the sport and push each other to a higher level.
