First of three PERINATAL workshop series is coming up soon.
This 90 minute block will guide you through fueling late pregnancy and early postpartum.
.
Prepare for delivery, recovery, and early motherhood with the specialists who work with women through it.

Three 90-minute evening workshops covering pelvic floor health, late pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, and breastfeeding from an IBCLC.

Each session is taught by a working clinician, kept intentionally small, and built around what you actually need to know rather than what tends to make people anxious.

How It Works:

Each workshop stands on its own. Attend one or all three. Sessions run 6:30 to 8 pm and are capped at 6 to 8 attendees so there is real time for your questions. Partners are welcome. These workshops are best for 24 weeks and beyond, though earlier is fine if you want more time to prepare.
$35 per workshop. $90 for the entire series.

POV: you have the desire to build something new
and the way to accomplish it starts appearing

… even things you thought improbable.

8 years of Evergreen Healing is something i’m so happy for, full of big lessons, and a reminder that healers can still be healing, too. we even make pretty dang good ones 🫶

i got a call that Evergreen Healing is part of Best of Utah 2026!
it wasn’t printed but i tied with one of the badasses that i’m proud to be among.

thank you for the honor again this year! and since i’m not in print (just online), i wanted to celebrate a few little mentions from the past editions 💪

also remembering the ones who helped me build this amazing container- in every stage. and shoutout to my dad for tearing down a barn to build my dream wall. this really is a team build.

i’m so so proud of this thing that we made together, so please join me in a remembering:

there are big things we’re afraid to begin… but we find out, they were always going to be part of the adventure.

so we can start today, or next year, or in ten, but it’s already part of you

the desire to make this thing sparks up, and the path starts unfolding right in that moment… though winding and dangerous and stuff.

thank you to all my Pinecones (current client squad) and Evergreen Graduates! this work is my heart, and so is our community ♥️
