Because inherited patterns do not always repeat in the same ways…

We may also carry unspoken fear, guilt, shame, and ways of surviving that began within the family system.

So you made yourself a promise; “my home will never feel like that”

The fighting may stop, while honesty, emotion and other difficult conversations disappear with it.

The family may look peaceful from the outside, while everyone learns to suppress what they truly feel.

The children notice the distant, the disconnection, and the emotions no one is willing to name.

The same wound would appear later in their lives as relationship difficulties, constant busyness, over-responsibility or the need to hold everything together.

What began as conflict in one generation may become emotional disconnection in the next.

Not to blame the generations before us, but to understand the pattern clearly enough to choose differently.

Hypnotherapy can help address all these ancestral wounds and so many more limiting beliefs and old patterns that are currently running your life.

If this is something that resonates with you, get in touch, or share this with someone who needs to hear this! 🫶🏼
