I have a website!! 8 months in the making! 🙈
I’ve had so many people ask me if I had a website the past few years. and honestly, the thought hadn’t even crossed my mind because it’s just not something dancers/choreographers have or do here in hk. but then I thought, just because no one is doing it doesn’t mean I can’t do it. so here it is! 💚

It was a lot more work than I ever expected lol.
I want to give a huge shout out to @jl._.o and his team at @lolli.media for being so very patient with me with this, on top of everything else I had going on and guiding a technologically-challenged person like me through this process 😜

I love how all my work and info can be in one place now instead of spread out on different social media platforms. one of the best investments in self I’ve made this year 🎁♥️

tbh I was low key stressed about this video 🙈 only because I wanted everyone to look and feel their most beautiful best. I wanted to choreograph to everyone’s strengths, and I was doubting my ability to do so. but I quickly realised that these women are so fire, so powerful and so secure in themselves already that nothing and no one could dim their shine. I learned a lot from them.

you are all freakin’ amazing 🔥 thanks for creating with me. thank you for the laughs, love, support & fun times. I super appreciate all of you!! 🖤

4 years of therapy got me here:

♡ strong boundaries make for good relationships. weak boundaries make drama.
♡ no one is coming to save you. save yourself.
♡ days of people pleasing is over. let people leave you. the right ones always stay.
♡ we are limitless beings. you’re more capable than you can ever imagine. let yourself try, fail, learn, explore.
♡ stop living on someone else’s timeline. doing what other people are doing. what do you want?
♡ knowing your self-worth is everything. everythingggg.
♡ your energy is precious. protect it.
♡ you are here to live as you. you are the only you in this lifetime that exists. period.

i used to think becoming a better dancer meant becoming more like the people i admired.
more trained. more versatile. more polished. more them.

i remember the debilitating self-doubt.
the fight, flight, freeze.
the excruciating insecurities that came with feeling like i was never enough.

but through doing inner work, i’ve realised that my way of moving is not something to fix or compare away.
it’s a reflection of everything i’ve lived, felt, practised, and become.

maybe the work isn’t to move like everyone else.
maybe it’s to trust your own body enough to let it tell the truth.

learning that my individuality isn’t a limitation in dance.

all the things you were named, called, and taught growing up.
the ways we were taught to shrink,
to soften our voices,
to mistake obedience for goodness.

maybe we had it all wrong.
maybe there was always another way—

one that did not ask us to become smaller
in order to be loved,
but offered a gentler kind of nurturing.

we get to choose what stays with us
and what ends with us.
