Just a few glimpses of the handstands + arm balances we did on Friday night 🤩 It’s always fun learning something new & seeing the world from a different angle! Great job to all the open-minded yogis who showed up 👏 Thank you @yogi_leee & @valinverted for guiding us & showing everyone your ways! We are grateful for both of you 👏 Where should they do the next one?!

This was SO much fun 🥹🤍 It’s crazy what we’re capable of doing with our bodies when we have the right foundations and learn to let go of that fear—that little thought of, “I can’t do it.” The second you shift that mindset to, “I got this. Yes, I can,” your body starts to follow. There’s something so powerful about trusting yourself and knowing that you got YOU. 🥹 So grateful to @laughingbuddhahotyoga and @valinverted for making this class happen! Such a challenging class that left me feeling inspired and wanting MORE—to keep practicing, keep learning, and keep challenging myself. 🤍✨ #yogi #armbalances #inverted #challenge #inspired

⭐️ 5 ⭐️ Township, how has it been 5 years already? 5 years of sweat 5 years of hard work 5 years of hot 🔥 flows 5 years of intense workouts but more importantly: 5 years of friendships 5 years of laughter 5 years of “Let’s meet up at class” 5 years of memories 5 years of you trusting us & us showing up for you It’s hard to put into words the energy this studio has. It comes down to the people in it. We cannot believe we are already at this milestone! It’s amazing to think that many of you have been with us since day one. That’s 1825 days of you choosing yourself, over & over again. We are SO ready to celebrate you, TWP ❤️‍🔥🥳 See you Saturday, October 24 🫶🏼
