Thank you to our family and friends who came to support Alessia as Moana. Seeing your faces in the audience meant so much to her and to us. 🌺

This was an auditioned workshop, @valmyacademy and the cast put the entire show together in just five days, learning the script, blocking and everything that goes into bringing a story to the stage. I’m so proud of the work Alessia put in and of the wonderful young performers who shared the stage with her.

It has been a big eight days for our girl: a musical theatre exam, four eisteddfods, performances at the Italian Festival and Parliament House, all while keeping up with school exams. I’ll share more about those special moments in their own posts, but today I wanted to give her a little shout out .

Alessia you are still young, still growing and still learning how to navigate it all. I hope you know how proud we are of your hard work, your courage and the joy you bring to the stage. Keep being you, my girl. ❤️
