We had a fantastic Members-Only Meeting today! Thank you to everyone who joined us for an engaging and informative session.

A major highlight of today's meeting was officially introducing our dedicated leadership team. We are thrilled to share that our new "Meet the Board" page is now officially live. Our board members are deeply committed to the growth and vision of the Applied Improvisation Network, and we encourage you to view the page and connect with our Board of Directors Members.

Get to know the team, visit our website, link in bio!

During the meeting, we also opened the floor for a comprehensive Q&A regarding our highly anticipated upcoming conference in Rimini, Italy. It was wonderful to dive into the exciting logistics, discuss agenda details, and answer your questions about what to expect as we gather together.

If you were unable to attend today's session, or if you would simply like to revisit the conversation and conference updates, the full video recording is now available exclusively for members on our CommUnity platform.

Thank you for your continued dedication to our global community. We look forward to connecting with you again soon!

WHAT IF FAILURE GOT A ROUND OF APPLAUSE? 👏😂

Vanessa Elle Wilde is a playologist… she teaches play with purpose, applied improv and something she calls Play Intelligence™.

One of her favorite exercises is literally designed around failure.

Why? Because we carry so much shame around getting things wrong. Vanessa turns failure into a game, gets people laughing about it and even has a word they shout when they mess up:
ARUGULA. Yes. Arugula. 😂

Her point is bigger than the game. When we’re fully present and playing, we show up as who we actually are... messy parts included.

3 Minutes. 3 Questions. 3 Crazy Faves.

The Daily Experience joined the Good Ol Gals exhibit at the 2026 BBB Industrious Women’s Summit because GOGs likes to mix things up... and we LOVE showcasing women for the rockstars they are!

What an incredible night celebrating, laughing, and dancing my way into a new year surrounded by some of my favorite people.

One of the hardest parts about moving to Colorado was leaving behind this amazing group of beautiful, strong, badass women. But every time we’re together, it’s as if no time has passed at all. We pick up right where we left off, and that is the gift of true friendship.

Thank you, ladies, for coming out and helping me dance into another trip around the sun. My heart is so full, and I am beyond grateful for each of you.

Until next time… until we dance again. #genx #danceparty #girlsjustwanttohavefun #birthdayfun

Serious question:
Why do we keep expecting one-day protests to create lasting change?

The movements that changed history didn’t stop after the weekend.

Would an “Endless Summer” in DC work? Crazy idea or worth discussing?

Stunning new hotel in Coronado. 😍 Day 2!
Still working out some kinks but worth a visit.
TIP: skip reservations and wait for a seat at the bar.

It takes a village 💙
Thank you Vanessa and Nichole for helping me get Naika to her first prom.

She came here alone from Haiti 🇭🇹 last January fleeing unimaginable violence.

She is now an honor role student also learning how to golf! ⛳️ @prokidsgolf

Thank you Linda for the purse and @princessproject_sd for the dress and earrings 🙏🙏

🥂 CHEERS TO 15 YEARS! ✨

We didn’t just celebrate a decade and a half of our amazing community—we set the dance floor on fire! 🔥 From high-energy moves to the electric vibes of this incredible community, the energy was absolutely unmatched. 💃

Celebrating our journey surrounded by this powerful network reminded us exactly why we do what we do. The connections, the joy, the laughter... our anniversary celebration was everything we imagined and more. Thank you to our incredible members for being the heartbeat of Hera Hub. 💓

And thank you to every mentor and partner who has made the last 15 years possible—through all the ups and downs. Here’s to many more years of growing, supporting, and building magic (and grooving) together! 🥂✨
