went to Seattle for a “business trip” !!!

about a year and a half ago ish @vanessaroybal_ asked me if she could start a @4thegirlsjogclub in Seattle. Obviously DUH!! This was my first time finally going out there to meet some of the amazing gals that make up the Seattle 4TG group and what a treat! So proud of Vanessa for creating a space for women to jog and making them feel so special. It was so sweet to see her with the 4TG Seattle community 🫶 she even made goodie bags and had star clips for the gals before a half marathon that we did 🥹 what a treat to continue to build our empire together ✨🏃‍♀️ @vanessaroybal_ you’re the best.

On a side note… being with your college friends is just the best. Last year we decided to start doing annual trips where we pick a place and go do a race, this being our second trip but we’re doing it! Getting to run with my college friends is what I absolutely love doing. It’s something I didn’t get to do much back in the college days due to injuries sidelining me. During those times all I wanted to do was run with my girlfriends. So fast forward to now, and we’re doing exactly that. I couldn’t be more proud of this healthy version of me. 18 year old Ashley would be proud.

So if you read this whole caption, well can you tell I love spending time with the girls and running?? Cuz yeah, it’s just the best.
