Hi my darlings 🥰
My entry for the face of beauty by AD 2023. #fobad2023 #faceofbeautybyad2023 #beautybyad @beautybyad

Beauty by AD cosmetics vision of developing high quality and innovative products for confident women who exude poise, is what I find most admirable about the brand because I'm also a cosmetic enthusiast and I want to win this contest so that I can partner with this reputable brand

More so, the brand caters to the diverse needs of the average woman, showing that makeup is for every woman with it's affordability.

It's has been one of my passion to be able to train street children on makeup skill acquisition, as I was introduced to intricacies and details of beauty and cosmetics.
Winning the Face of Beauty by AD 2023 will afford me to take on this passion as well as my personal brand.

I will need you all support on this one so I can make it to the next round 😌
Pls help me engage on this post when it's
been reposted on @beautybyad page. share, comment, like, save, repost….everything everything 😘😊
Thank you 🙏🏻

Had an amazing time walking for mental health awareness in Abuja, Nigeria yesterday, 15th October, 2022. 💃☺️

It was so exciting to see everyone come out for this cause. We need to have more conversations on mental health as every human being has a mental health. We also need to have more discussions such as these ways to improve the quality and delivery of mental health care services in Nigeria.

One of our major goals for this awareness walk is to advocate for the signing into law of the National Mental Health Bill, 2020 which is currently awaiting assent by the president (a bill only becomes law when it has been passed into law by the president).

The current Nigerian mental health law is the Lunacy Act which was enacted in 1916 and became law in 1958. From the name alone, you can tell it is archaic and discriminatory and does not provide for current trends and realities in mental health care and services in Nigeria.

The new bill seeks, among other things, repeal the 1958 Law and protect the rights of persons with mental health conditions and persons with psychosocial disabilities. The bill also provides for the establishment of a Mental Health Services Department in the ministry of health and a Mental Health Fund. It also provides for employment rights of people with mental health conditions.

Huge thanks to @nigerianmentalhealth and a host of other organizations who made this event successful including @limihospital @_sunshineseries @mentalhealthwithditty @mhyi_nigeria @fam_initiative @rayven_strategic_comms @mentallyawareng @disabilityinclusionng @asads.ei @psychebabbleng and a host of others!

It was an honour serving with other passionate mental health advocates on the planning team as well.

This woman is celebrating herself for being, for growing, for evolving and for coming this far.

This woman is celebrating her journey, her victories and milestones no matter how little or great.

This woman is proud of the woman she has become over the years, is becoming and will ultimately become.

This woman is celebrating the special women she is constantly surrounded with who give her strength and believe in her, the amazing women who inspire her to become the best version of herself and the women who are changing the world one day at a time, just by being themselves.

I am blessed to be a woman and to live fully and intentionally as a woman.

Happy International Women’s Day to every woman out there doing the thing. 🥂 ✨♥️
