446,594 steps!!!
The goal was to run/walk everyday in January and I was able to do that for 29days until the flu got me.
This is by far the most I have pushed myself physically and the hardest part was conquering my mind given I was taking no days off.
Averaging 7.5km daily was just crazy but I enjoyed every bit of it!
