Proof of life with a lil summer recap ☀️

Summer 2026 Complete
Year 7 of Long Island WR Academy

Summer Log:
98 College Sessions
84 High School Sessions
24 NFL Sessions
6 Rutgers Sessions
6 Westchester Sessions
30 Team Training Sessions (5 teams)
248 Total Sessions over 13 Weeks

It’s normal to want to scale. I’ve heard that it’s common practice to work less in the business.

Fuck that.

This is what I love to do; this is who I am. I want to be on the field coaching as much as possible. It’s the only way to grow as a coach. Every session is a new opportunity to problem-solve. Every session is an opportunity to grow with the athletes I am fortunate to coach.

There is a standard here, and it takes a specific type of human to want to be a part of what we do because the standard is always protected; no matter who, no matter what.

I am forever grateful for every athlete, and every parent of those athletes, who chooses to spend their time with us. I am forever grateful for the relationships we continue to build. I have love for each and every one of you, and I love and am proud of each of you for your commitment.

Consistency is hard, but it’s the only way.

The blade is forged. Time to go.
Still learning. Still growing. Not stopping.

Incredible day pouring into the kids of Long Island side by side with two football greats, Ian strong and kj duff, and the village behind them to make it happen. Too many to thank and words won’t do justice for how I feel about both of them. So just thank you, to Ian and kj, to their families, and to the village who showed up and showed out. Look at the kids faces and know it mattered that u were there ❤️🏈 📈

Congratulations @danvillari__ for signing with the LA Rams.

It’s been an incredible journey to this point. You’ve known this was where you wanted to be & where you were inevitably going to be years ago.

Not only did you know it, but you worked relentlessly for it every single day. Being consistent is hard. Having to change positions at the Power 4 level is hard. Difficult situations never deterred you and they never will because you’re built to fucking destroy whatever’s in your path. You are built for this level.

We couldn’t be prouder of you, Dan. Love you bro. The world is yours. Keep working.

Annual trip to Monmouth for spring ball and spend time with @coach_kcal & grateful to have had the opportunity to speak to the wideout room.

Coach Callahan has helped develop some of the best wideouts in the country over the past several years, and in my opinion, is one of the best coaches in the country.

Thanks for having us out today, Coach. See you again at some point this offseason.

PRO DAY 2026: SYRACUSE TE DAN VILLARI

When we first got the text to be invited to accompany you at Pro Day along with longtime Route Coach @vanuch_21 @liwr_academy there was an immense but quick feeling of joy that lasted a few seconds before following up that emotion with a level of unmatched focus.

From 8:30AM-2:30PM we watched you execute again and again with that same unmatched focus. For the last 9 years Dan, we’ve watched you execute rep after rep, workout after workout, offseason after offseason - with that same unmatched focus.

The same unmatched focus that you share with @seanstellatoses and the same focus that you brought to Florida @x3perform for 8 weeks to prepare for the known just as much as the unknown.

PRO DAY was just as much of a mental war as it was a physical war. And every single read covered, workout, conversation, relationship nuance and decision seemed to have all made sense in that 6 hour span.

The fastest 3 cone drill in the nation than any other TE invited to the combine, a shuttle time that was second fastest of any other TE invited to the combine and route work that has you recognized as the best route runner in this years TE Class.

This game is about great results, and results don’t happen without great decisions and great decisions start with great conversations. We’ve been fortunate enough to be apart of those conversations for 9 long years, trusting each other every step of the way.

There’s only one thing left to always do in times like these and that’s to KEEP GOING because Greatness Demands Everything is ENOUGH is never ENOUGH.
