Over the weekend I competed at the 2024 USATF Masters Half Marathon Championships in Indiana and finished 2nd. This was my highest finish at a National Championship. Previously I had finished 13th at the 2015 US Marathon Championships in LA and 23rd at the 2017 US Marathon Championships in Sacramento. I hope to be able to compete at more USATF Masters events in the future. @bluecollarrunning

BSW, Black Sock Wednesday, is a fundraiser I’m proud to support every year. As an avid trail runner, supporting the local youth running community is something close to my heart. This year, we focused on high school cross country programs 🏃‍♂️, helping them participate in a prestigious race that’s a financial stretch for many.

The event featured a 10x800m workout—5 miles of running! It’s the perfect blend of a challenging workout and a fun social night, all capped off with tacos 🌮 (seriously, what could be better?!).

A huge thank you to Geoff Grey for his incredible support, and a shout-out to Rabbit for always providing the best gear 👕. We couldn’t have done it without you!
