Comp Results: M LW 181- 🥇/ Best in class Undisputed champion. Some of us have high aspirations in this sport, I just wanted my friends and family to see me succeed at Open level. I spent 6 months building a better base after my last competition, I never won a single event for Rise in the Past 2 shows I done. Today I did a grand slam and won all the events (4-0)! . . Thank you to @rise_of_the_strongmen for an amazing show, @dr.sean.m.harris @x1000rpm for continuing investing into Strongman. Thank you to Craig and Travis nice reunion/battle. Shoutout to @slayer_oca (One-motion) I helped her during this prep glad I could see on top. Thank you to @princess.suckerpunch my training partner 💪🏻 with an awesome performance. @masters_strongdad state record. Hannah custom pin and state record! @strongmansketches for the support and shouting at me when I needed it. And @nickydisco79 @jeng_o88 performance 👏 🥈🥉

My Gift of Gratitude/ Empowerment part 1 . 2023 was a low point in my life, I struggled to make friends, lost a job i loved, and needed a new outlet in training/life. In July 2023, I became a Rise Member, discovered a new passion in Strongman, and started taking strongman classes in August. I never missed a class, i train it on my free time, and it was the first lifting sport I competed in. . In May 22 2024, I got a job at Rise, and in late June I got the Opportunity to teach Strongman on Saturdays. Fast forward to today, I just hit 10 months of teaching Strongman Saturdays Open Gym-a Multi Station format helping people learn the sport and building stations for their competitions. . In 2025, Saturday classes went from 4 attendees to averaging nearly 20 for the past 4 months! . I’m very Grateful for what Class has developed into, seeing everyone grow and myself, and the friends I was able to make. As a thank you, I wanted to find a way to give back to the Rise community . So I created the first ever Rise Member appreciation award called the Empowerment award. This award represents Character development, showing up for yourself and being there for others. . I surprised most of the students with one, as I was handing them out I undershot how many i had but I will get more on Monday😅. Thank you all for being part of my life, Strongman Sat, and the Community. You all empowered me when I needed you to. And I’m glad I can give something small back. Special thanks to @x1000rpm @dr.sean.m.harris and @doug_fitness_ @soy.withthesauce for all you do for us, and @worlds.strongest.dpt for passing me Saturday. Rise is the best place, Rise together 💪🏻.
