I am doing what I love, living fully. Venturing out of my bubble to try and learn new skills. I decided that having fun matters, and just for the sake of having fun, enjoying the high vibration from making myself happy. Trust me it wasn't always easy. But I keep learning and growing. I honour the path. I love life. And life loves me back. Gratitude moves mountains 🤍 Thank you for sharing with me ✨🌸🕉️🙏 #yogateacher #circusarts #aerialarts #beginnings #lovelife #livefully #movementismedicine #laughhard

There is compelling scientific evidence indicating that regardless of your age, maintaining physical activity can contribute to a healthier lifestyle. Engaging in exercise can significantly lower your risk of major health concerns such as: - coronary heart disease - stroke - type 2 diabetes - cancer Moreover, it may decrease your chances of early mortality by up to 30%! According to NHS guidelines, adults are encouraged to be active daily, aiming for a minimum of 150 minutes of exercise each week. This can be achieved through a range of activities. Taking the first step towards change might be the most challenging aspect. Physical activity need not be elaborate, intricate, or expensive! The simplest way to become active is to incorporate movement into daily life—whether it’s walking, cycling, or jogging. Gradually progressing from moderate to more vigorous exercises is also beneficial. Incorporating strength-training activities like weightlifting, Pilates, or hill walking is crucial for enhancing muscle strength, increasing bone density, and improving overall fitness. It’s perfectly fine not to be a professional athlete, to have days when you don’t feel like it, and to allow yourself occasional breaks. When it comes to self-care, engaging in physical activity ranks among the best choices for enhancing both mental and physical well-being. A special thank you to @vastagwellness , @fairmontwp , and @annafriel for keeping me active and motivated! 🙌🏻 What inspires you to move? ✨ As I take a moment to reflect on the past year, my heart is filled with gratitude for the growth and lessons I’ve experienced. 🌱💖 Every challenge has been a stepping stone on my journey, revealing new opportunities along the way. I’ve come to embrace situations that once felt overwhelming, realizing that stepping out of my comfort zone not only uplifts me but also inspires those around me. Self-doubt and imposter syndrome may be familiar companions but I remind myself that representation is powerful. I aspire to be a role model for younger girls, especially for indian girls or those from humble backgrounds, showing them that it’s important to chase your dreams and to face those challenges along the way! It all transpires into growth and a wealth of experience. The kind of learning you can’t get from a textbook. I am deeply thankful for the unwavering love and support from my friends and my close-knit family, particularly my husband ❤️; their love creates a safe space that drowns out negativity and noise. So here’s to 2025! Let’s celebrate both the highs and the lows, as those challenging moments humble us and guide us toward our true paths. Let’s value each small victory and practice kindness toward ourselves this year! I truly believe that 2025 will bring even more magic, and I’m excited to embrace it all. Happy New Year to you all! Thank you for the ❤️ this year! May this year bless you with love, warmth, success, and good health! 🌈✨ #GrowthJourney #Gratitude #Community #NewAdventures #NewYear #2025 #Doctor #Wellness #health
