maybe you’ve been feeling it too… that quiet feeling that there has to be MORE

🌈 more life, more adventure, more connection, more meaning, more of the world outside the little bubble you’ve built your life inside

🇬🇹 i visited guatemala 5 years ago for 3 weeks & never left lol… & one of the biggest gifts guatemala has given me is realizing how small my idea of “life” used to be

🙏 there are entire ways of living, praying, connecting + understanding the world & nature that i didn’t even know existed

🌿 learning about the mayan civilization, hearing stories that have been passed down for generations, learning new ways to honor nature & the elements, different ways of understanding spirit, community + time

🔥 i didn’t know i needed to sit around a sacred fire with a mayan grandfather and pray until i did. i didn’t know how much i needed to disconnect from the noise, feel the energy of mayan ruins, move my body in the jungle, sit in silence, learn from another culture + remember that there is SO much more to life than the little bubble we build around ourselves

🌇 it makes you realize how easy it is to mistake your little bubble for the whole world. your routines, your city, your culture, your beliefs, your version of what life is “supposed” to look like

and then you step outside of it and realize THERES SO MUCH MORE

that’s why we are hosting our 3rd annual trip to Tikal - this will change your fucking life 🔥🦋 you will experience things that open your eyes to worlds you didn’t know existed & meet parts of yourself you didn’t even know were waiting for you

a few spots left- dm or comment “tikal” for more details ✨

You’ve been strong for so long.
You’ve held everyone else’s weight, answered every message, and kept it all together. 🤍

When was the last time someone held you?

This isn’t another thing to fix about yourself. It’s an invitation to stop. To lie back on the earth and breathe all the way down. To let your voice be heard in song and your inner child laugh out loud again. To sit in circle with people who don’t need you to be anything but here.

You were never meant to carry it all alone. 🌿

On Wednesday, October 21, we’re gathering for A Day for the Soul Retreat, a day to put down what you’ve been carrying and come back to your body, your voice, and yourself.

The day holds:
🌀 Ancient Practices, Energetic Transformation, and Yoga
🎶 Inner Child Work and Sacred Song
🪷 Blue Lotus and Cacao Ceremonies
🌱 A Food Forest Tour and Education
🔥 A Conscious House Party, because joy is healing too

📍 Red Feathers Studios, Gulfport, FL
✨ $222, food included
⏰ 10 am - 5 pm
