The 'C' in T.R.E.N.C.H. stands for character-based.

Ask yourself: are your daily activities character-based?

True leadership is defined by the way you are treating your people.

In the Navy, the standard is clear: honor, courage, and commitment. Your character isn't built in the spotlight; it's built in the trenches through your daily actions.

Drop a 💯 in the comments if you are leading with character today.

It’s oysters until you can’t eat another one.
It’s drinks with your friends.
It’s live music.
It’s a shirt you’ll wear for years.
It’s partying for a great cause.
It’s a Calypso tradition that’s been going strong for 15 years here in Virginia Beach.

We are one month out from our 15th Annual Oyster Roast on Saturday, November 7th and we cannot wait!

Proceeds from this year’s roast go directly to The Christmas Shopping Tour Charity, ran by The @vbjaycees who we are honored to partner with again for the 5th year!

🎟Tickets are going fast! Get yours now at http://www.calypsovb.com/annual-oyster-roast OR at the link in the bio!

The moment that your standards fall, the empire will. The 'N' in T.R.E.N.C.H. stands for non-negotiable. Your personal code and the standards your company operates by must be non-negotiable for both you and the people you lead.

But here is the reality check: you can only demand that standard if you are living it too. Don't let the title, the money, or your ego get bigger than the doorway. It does not matter how much money you make or how many people you lead if you cannot hold the line on your own character.

Drop a 💯 in the comments if your standards are non-negotiable.

T.R.E.N.C.H.E. stands for tested. I made the choice to walk away from the Navy after 14 years based on principle alone. I won my case and could have stayed, but some principles are worth walking away for. Never compromise your values. 🚀

Our struggles don't define us; they equip us. Growing up the way I did wasn't easy, but it gave me a superpower I didn't realize I had until much later: the ability to truly connect with other humans. Never in my life would I have imagined that the hardest parts of my past would become the foundation for everything I'm building today.

Whatever you are going through right now, remember that your adversity is building your greatest asset.

Drop a 💯 if you’re using your past to fuel your future!

Growing up watching Michael Jordan on TV amongst other iconic figures from the 80s and 90s gave a broken boy hope.
If they can lead better lives... then, why can't I?

🏀🔥 We are constantly surrounded by people doing extraordinary things. It doesn't matter if you feel like you're from "nothing and nowhere" right now what matters is where you are going.

If you can see it, you can achieve it. Drop a 💯 in the comments if you are ready to stop watching and start building your own legacy!
