Last night was more than an event — it was a room full of connection, education, and women being reminded that they don’t have to ignore what their bodies are telling them.

A huge thank you to Kim Hammer and the Ladies Lifestyle Network for trusting Alloy Personal Training – Hilltop to host such an incredible evening.

And a very special thank you to Dr. Lisa Barr for sharing her knowledge, experience, and passion with everyone in the room.

One of the biggest takeaways from the night was simple:

“If something feels off in your body, don’t ignore it. The information, resources, and professionals are out there — sometimes the first step toward feeling better is simply knowing where to look and who to ask.”

That’s what nights like this are about.

Creating conversations.
Connecting people with resources.
Helping women better understand their bodies.
And reminding people that age doesn’t get to decide when your strength runs out.

We also want to thank every sponsor, partner, and local business represented last night. Your support and willingness to pour into this community made the evening even more meaningful.

And to every woman who walked through our doors — thank you for showing up, asking questions, making connections, and investing in yourself.

When people have access to the right information, the right community, and the right support, transformation becomes possible at any age.

This is only the beginning. ❤️💪

Stronger Together.
