From THE RACE in Atlanta 🏃🏾‍♂️ to the Chicago Marathon ✈️🏙️ to a Yeti Run! 🔥

Man, I just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU! 🙏🏾❤️

To everybody who trusted me to bring their ideas to life, I truly appreciate y’all!

Seeing you wearing my work, traveling, running races, crossing finish lines, and representing in different cities means more to me than you know.

I’m still learning, still creating, and still growing. Every order, every picture, every shoutout, and every referral means something to me.

This is bigger than just printing shirts. I’m creating something people can make memories in! 💯

Thank y’all for believing in what I’m building.

MORE TO COME! WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED! 🔥

From 0530 Central on the Peloton Bike to the streets of CHICAGO!

What started as questionable decisions and early-morning workouts has turned into something bigger than fitness. It’s friendship, accountability, brotherhood, and a whole lot of organized chaos!

Now the Wafflehouse Crew is taking on 26.2 miles!

Different paces. Different goals. SAME CREW!

Chicago, you’ve been warned. WE CHOOSE VIOLENCE!

You might die, but you gonna be fit!

It was never just about crossing the finish line. 🏁

It started with Beltline Shawty.

Then came the people.

The conversations.

The hugs.

The smiles.

The pictures.

The community.

Then the MC said,
“I’ll see you at the finish line.”

A few minutes later…

There I was.

34:01.

Every race reminds me that the medal is nice…
But the people are why I keep coming back.

Peachtree Road Race Part 2. 🏃🏿‍♂️🍑

Another Peachtree Road Race in the books, and it’s always a great time.

The energy.
The people.
The tradition.
The challenge.

From the start line to the finish line, there’s nothing like running the world’s largest 10K through the heart of Atlanta. Proud to be part of it every year.

See y’all next year! ❤️🖤

I’ve done the annual 4th of July Atlanta Peachtree Road Race 10k every year since 2019, and this was probably my favorite. It was definitely my slowest time on the clock, but just 4 months ago I was in the hospital for 6 days then on bed rest for 7 weeks after having colon surgery. There were days when I couldn’t get of bed, so being able to do 6.2 miles with a smile and lots of energy afterwards feels like a blessing. Lots of laughs with my brotha from anotha @kc2g and his beautiful family. lol we had so much fun that one of Atlanta’s finest asked to take a pic with us 🤣🤣. Fun times > fast times, journey > destination. If you live in Atlanta, you gotta do it at least once. #fila #peachtreeroadrace2026 #atlantaismagical PSA: if you’re 45+ get your colonoscopy!

20 moments. One community. 🏁

A few of my favorite shots from Run The Block 5K Presented by @southfultonrunclub

The miles, the energy, the people, and the community are what make events like this special.

Keep showing up. Keep moving forward.
