the biggest practice of all is togetherness. 🧘
yoga means union — and we practice it through encouraging mind/body/spirit/soul , but also coming together as a community in all its forms.
retreats are some of my favorite ways to do this cause it allows us to really go deep <3

here some moments from our 1 day immersion with @veaterycph to @camilla.elise.almblom most magical seaside house.

we made it there with a full retreat yoga setup and transported our guests thanks to @ford.danmark
making these experiences accessible.

our next retreat end of october is live on the website and you’ll of course be picked up in @ford.danmark as well 🙏
