When the label you create with invites you to experience their newest project. 🎶✨

I’ve had the joy of producing wellness series for @vedamrecords , the wellness music label behind some truly meditative, Grammy Award-winning tracks with incredible international artists. Our first 12-session series is already out, and I’ve just produced and delivered our second, releasing next month. Stay tuned! 💚

So when they invited me to the Bollywood Frequency Project, I knew I had to be there.

Instrumentals of iconic Bollywood songs, layered with live sound healing by @ekabypaayal . Hearing those familiar melodies with the bowls and chimes was phenomenal: nostalgic and deeply calming at the same time.

I walked in on a packed, hectic day and walked out completely restored.

Thank you, @instantbollywood and @instantbollywoodirl , for putting together such a special evening, and @aumlife.in in Worli for hosting us. The sattvic meal afterwards was the perfect end, and we took home a lovely goodie bag with a plant from @ugaoo and a drink from @drinkmateya . 🌿

Grateful to be part of the Vedam family, and looking forward to many more moments like this. 🙏

A little pause from the chaos, a moment to breathe, and a chance to reconnect with yourself. ✨🤍
Inter(II) Mission was more than just an event — it was an experience of music, mindfulness, and beautiful Bollywood melodies through a calming, meditative lens. 🎶🧘🏻‍♀️
Sometimes, all we need is to slow down, be present, and let the music speak to our soul. ✨

Bollywood music, rebuilt for meditation. My head went completely quiet for the first time in months.

The mind is a muscle too. Most of us never let it recover.

Thank you @vedamrecords @instantbollywood @instantbollywoodirl @matrix.wellness @ugaoo @drinkmateya for having me.

Would you try this? 👇

A little movement, a little stillness. 🤍

Got a preview of @matrix.wellness with a Lagree session followed by a Bollywood-themed sound therapy experience by @vedarecordsmusic where familiar Bollywood melodies were reimagined as calming instrumentals, accompanied by soothing singing bowls.

Thank you @maliniagarwal for the beautiful experience✨.

In collaboration with @vedamrecords and @instantbollywood .
