What a week for all of us @vedamrecords From Bengaluru to Mumbai, we’ve been building spaces where music, mindfulness and meaningful conversations come together. We launched The Vedam Circle with inspiring voices like @yogacaro, @shaolinwarrior_hursshverma and @sarah.nicole.edwards , exploring how mindful living can become more accessible for everyone. We also hosted Healing the Healer, bringing wellness practitioners together through movement, breath and sound. In Mumbai, we wrapped up two incredible days of immersive sound healing sessions led by @ekabypaayal woven together with our Bollywood Frequency Project, reimagining timeless Hindi classics at frequencies designed to help us slow down, breathe and simply be. Proud of what we’re creating at Vedam Records, alongside our partners at @instantbollywood Bollywood and an amazing community of collaborators. This is just the beginning. Huge thanks @maliniagarwal @kishushroff @matrix.wellness @yogionlove and my amazing teams at Vedam and @universalmusicindia #VedamRecords #WellnessWeek #MindfulLiving #BollywoodFrequencyProject by @vedamrecords

Where do you begin when the idea of wellness feels overwhelming? The Vedam Circle with @yogionlove is our video podcast series, and this is our first episode. We’re bringing together three people with different experiences of wellbeing to talk about finding a way to begin that feels approachable, personal and possible. Meet our guests: Sarah Nicole Edwards Sarah is the founder of Copper + Cloves, a leading plant-based food and wellness brand in Bengaluru, and a certified health coach. An LSE graduate, she spent a decade in the not-for-profit sector before moving into wellness. Hurssh Verma is the first Indian to be formally adopted as a Shaolin Warrior Monk. He spent six years at the Shaolin Temple in China and is now the founder and CEO of HH Global, which works on AI-powered preventive health solutions, and Core Clubb, a wellness centre rooted in Shaolin practices. He also serves as the BRICS Indian Ambassador for Culture, Health & Wellness. Carolyn Chittilappilly Carolyn is a yoga educator and wellness consultant with over a decade of experience. She has trained hundreds of yoga teachers, worked with athletes including the Indian men’s hockey team, she’s also the founder of Rasa well-being, where she curates wellness retreats in India and internationally. A warm, open conversation about making wellness easier to begin. Coming soon to Vedam Records. taken in The Studio by Copper + Cloves by @vedamrecords
