Here it is ya’ll 🍉🌱🍊🥜

40,000 Steps in a Day fueled by 3,700+ clean calories, 100g+ of fiber, and peak natural performance in a single day.

The breakdown: 3,715 calories, 571g carbs, 145g fat, 98g protein, and over 90g of pure plant fiber.

No processed junk—just high-volume live fruits, clean hydration, dense seeds, and whole-food performance fuel to keep recovery sharp and digestion bulletproof. Whether you’re chasing peak conditioning, scaling endurance, or building metabolic flexibility, what you put in dictates what you put out.

Drop a comment below: Could you handle 90g+ of fiber in a day, or are you team protein shake? Let’s talk nutrition. 👇🌱🍉

So great to visit the newly opened approximate 60,000 ft.² @f19renton gym that opened a week ago!
So great to re-connect with Matt (owner) and Josh @dorrance.josh (pictured) and Patrick and Noemy who I first met back in 2018 when I started Bodybuilding at my hometown gym (since closed). Happy to see Scott for the great tour!

Look at this expansive space… with a posing room that is excellent for competition training! Thank you for the opportunity to train here! 🙏#ProNaturalBodyBuilding #VeganSince2014🌱💪#ThisIs53✨

What I eat in a day is super random with so much variety.

Here’s one of my go-to staples. Think combinations of melons, citrus and tropical flavor-packed fruits 🍉 🍊 🥭

Just a few blendz for ya’ll to flavorfully hydrate:
- Cantaloupe, oranges, passion fruit
- Watermelon, cucumber, frozen strawberries
- Honeydew, frozen mango, oranges

Let me know in the comments if you rock with these 🤘and what other combos you concoct 🤙🏽

My favorite way to break a fast.

My favorite pre-workout.

My favorite intra-workout.

My favorite post-workout.

Need I say more 🤔

Story time…
Professional Natural BodyBuilding has taught me to enjoy and respect the multifaceted 💎 journey of self-development. To learn to enjoy the process and Not to focus just on the destination - of competition day.

Success requires consistency and dedication and an ever present awareness of positive mind-set.💫 I approach this as a Me vs Me competition each and every time. From my first overall champion award at my very first competition in 2018, to now.

This mind-set has allowed me opportunity for introspection and subsequent growth.
To examine & address the facets of my personality. The demure poise I was raised with to evolve. Deciding to channel energy into the parts of my personality, I never developed before.

Several years ago, Jessica Petter, Former Seattle Professional Ballerina and Pacific Northwest Ballet choreographer, now a Certified Hypnotherapist - specializes in performance mindset. @shifthypnomindset
We worked on my subconscious doubts and limiting beliefs -as our thoughts and feelings, influence each other.

Addressing stage fright. It is no easy feat to step out on stage (something Jessica personally knows as a former Professional Ballerina). It is disorienting with the void of blinding bright lights with a vast sea of darkness where the audience sits.
We successfully re-oriented my subconscious apprehensive thoughts and emotions to see warm sunshine ☀️ in the bright lights and the otherwise intimidating line of judges at the edge of the stage & audience members, to be my supportive family/friends. ☺️
Subsequently, my stage fright disintegrated. 🙌

I share this in hopes that it helps others recognize that there is Always opportunity to change mind-set with our inherent Neuroplasticity.
Our brains and nervous system have the lifelong capacity to change, adapt and rewire its’ structure and connections in response to learning new ways of being. 💫

In addition to providing this approach within my psychotherapy practice for my clients…
it fuels my motivation to role-model adaptability for my daughters. 💞
As well, existentially….to continue to seek meaningful experiences for the remaining time I have on this planet. 💫
