💥LET ME EXPLAIN💥 My name is Veltra and I’m one of the Co-Founders of The Unleashed Woman. Our Women’s Empowerment Conference is a labor of love, but at times it drives me crazy and STILL gives me slight anxiety *every year.*
.
For the past 3 years we’ve encountered just about every hurdle you could think of. Most would probably throw in the towel and give up, 🇧 🇺 🇹 🇬 🇴 🇩 ! 💗
.
We’ve dealt with hand selected speakers dropping out and even canceling hours before | impatient videographers giving us ultimatums, stop effectively communicating, and not even show up | past event debts continuing to pile up while trying to figure out how to stay sane and take care of home without drowning | handling invoices out of pocket, praying to one day break even | and the list goes on. 😰 .
However, the saying goes “The Show Must Go On,” and that’s exactly what we did. In spite of 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑢𝑎𝑙𝑙𝑦 having to think of a Plan B, we pressed on because at the end of the day we know that we have to believe in ourselves and our mission before anyone else, and that there are ladies out there whose story is dependent upon us ✨SHOWING UP✨. It may sound cliché but but with little Faith, anything is definitely possible! 🏁
.
If we’d given up, we wouldn’t be able to share that we’ve had attendees go on to become authors, model at New York fashion week, and even gain the strength and confidence needed to walk away from abusive and toxic relationships. 🥰
.
We are so thankful for everything that’s gotten us to this point and are eager to continue learning and growing. 🌱
.
We invite you to scroll left ➡️ to see why we feel you or someone you know should be in attendance. To learn more, you can also visit our website. We are excited to serve you and look forward to meeting! 💖 .
