This space is more than just a pantry. It’s a full-on work space with its own sink, microwave, outlets, an abundance of shelving, and plenty of countertop space to actually get things done. Beautiful enough to make a statement. Functional enough to make everyday life easier.

The final finish is only as good as the prep behind it. 🎨

Jobsite prep and proper surface preparation are some of the most important parts of our process. Sanding, filling, glazing, caulking, priming—we take the extra time on the front end because our goal is to deliver one of the best finishes out there.

We’re not just trying to make it look good from across the room. We want the details to hold up when you get up close.

And as you can tell… woodwork hates to see us coming with some glazing Bondo. 😂

Prep it right. Finish it better.

This home is the definition of true luxury. Every inch was built with purpose — from insulated piping that quiets the sound of drains, to a solid concrete second floor, to heated floors and a shower bench in the master bath. The cabinetry is inset and soft-close, the sliding doors are massive and seamless, and the living spaces flow effortlessly indoors and out.

These aren’t the kind of details you’ll see in just any home. They’re the details that set this one apart.

Come see it for yourself during the Parade of Homes at 6116 Canopy Ln. in Oak Tree. I’ll be here this weekend and the weekend of the 3rd, Friday through Sunday from 12–6 PM.
