Having Apex withdrawals already so let me just share these photos & my thoughts:

I competed in my first Apex competition in April and I just knew I would be back for more. Since then, I have been putting the hours in. I have trained alone, sometimes with my community, and even with a coach. I have gained a lot from every single day of training. As a former collegiate athlete and coach, I was shocked at how much room I still had left to learn and grow.

During this process, I have pushed past limits I placed on myself and built resilience that will help to carry me through life. I have learned to let the bad things go a little quicker and celebrate the wins a little louder. Most importantly, I have mastered the art of trusting the process and enjoying the journey.

The work you put in will definitely show over time, but the most important thing is that you love what you do! I love being able to move my body. I love being able to compete with and be inspired by other amazingly talented athletes and friends.

Apex Miami was one for the books! I’m proud of my performance, happy with my journey and will cherish the memories forever! 🤎

Thank you Tim & Apex for giving us something to train for.

APEX ATX 💙

What an unforgettable journey! Signed up for apex after seeing all the ladies absolutely crush it at the first one last october. Over the last few months, I’ve really leaned into my track & field background to figure out a training split that fine tunes strengths & builds up weaknesses. It’s been such a cool learning experience… but NOTHING could’ve prepared me for hitting max lifts and going straight into an all out mile in the span of 20 minutes 😮‍💨 We made it work tho & got some PRs along the way! Shoutout to all the big dawgs that competed & everyone who helped put on this siiiick event!!!

 See ya soon ✌🏽
