We are under contract! My out of state buyers were looking for a vacation home close to the canyons. We went through several showings and offers, and finally got it done on this one! This recently renovated 7,200 sq ft home is 20 mins from Park City, less than 5 minutes from Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons and comes with many amenities. Gorgeous home and space with beautiful views! Congrats to my buyers, it’s a tough market out there right now. If you or anyone you know is looking for help finding your next home, let me know! Happy to help, even if it’s just advice

We decided details matter right?

Here are some detail shots of my first tiny house, Copper Sunrise. I’m practicing for new Airbnb photos for it soon.

What are some little details you’ve loved and maybe even been surprise with in some of your fav Airbnb stays?

Mine have been a mini hair dryer and fresh local coffee 😍.

Happy Sunday beauties!

Epic time exploring the desert on bikes with @s3v3rson @speedyspen this past weekend! Love getting out there and the weather is finally starting to get nice again, bike season is BACK!
•
ALSO, new place to stay down south (check photo 2). You guys have to check out @zionstinygetaway! This tiny house compound was amazing, you really can’t stay any closer to Gooseberry Mesa and other MTB spots unless you camp. Perfect spot! Will be sharing some more on these soon- my friend @sierra.mccleve really knocked it out of the park with her two Tiny House builds! We’re going to be giving away TWO weekend stays, and a promo code for a discount (Units 11 & 12). Be on the lookout for this later this week 🤘🏼

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing.

Mountain biking and camping in Moab last weekend was phenomenal. Shoutout to @qoreyk and @venturousjeff for making it happen.

I never expected to bike over 30 miles when we got to the Tetons, but the views were so epic I just kept going. This was my first time exploring Wyoming, and I’m already looking forward to going back.

2019 SEASON is in the BOOKS! We’ve had such a fun year racing, riding, and having a blast with each other this season. From our team camp in St. George, to the road races and cries in the spring and summer, and to topping everything off racing cyclocross this fall. We have such a great group of folks and could not be happier for what 2020 will have in store for us. 💜💙💚
