Tonkatsu at The Big Mango got a BIG upgrade this week! If you’ve had Tonkatsu in Japan, THIS will remind you of that experience… Ours is now made with PORK RIBEYE, and it is DERICIOUS! Super tender, marbled and juicy 🤪
