I’m Shay, Founder and CEO of The Verelle Group @verellegroup .

I’m a mother of four, and everything I’ve built has come out of the hours between school pickups, homework, and everything else that comes with raising a family. I know what it means to build something with intention when life doesn’t slow down for you.

The Verelle Group is Black-owned and Christian-owned, and that shows up in how we lead: integrity first, people-centered, committed to showing up even when the timing isn’t obvious yet.

My background spans OSINT investigations and healthcare, and that experience taught me how much people are trusting you with when they hand over their information, their safety, their family’s future. That’s the standard I built this company on.

One thing I’m proud of: I staff other mothers. Women who understand what it means to build a life for their kids while building something of their own. This company isn’t just mine, it’s a place where mothers get to work with purpose and still show up for their families.

The Verelle Group is a mobile compliance and protection company serving Pasco, Hillsborough, Polk, and Pinellas counties. We show up where people are, whether that’s a business, a family’s home, or a closing table.

We work across three pillars:⬇️

💙Business Protection. DOT and non-DOT drug testing, employer compliance, background checks, fingerprinting, I-9 and E-Verify.

💙Family Protection. DNA collection, legacy planning, notary services, identity verification.

💙Asset Protection. Mobile notary and loan signings, title and closing services.

Prevention. Precision. Protection. That’s not just a tagline, it’s how I move.

I didn’t build this because it was easy. I built it because my kids were watching, and I wanted them to see what it looks like when you don’t quit on your vision.

I’m building something my community can lean on.
This is bigger than a business to me. It’s a legacy 🏆
