Two days at The Store. Good conversations, slowing down, big ideas, and a reminder of how special it is to be a part of this team. Grateful for my first retreat with Verity. Feeling inspired ✨

Three names built this $7.5M home, and that's what makes it truly one-of-a-kind.

@ThoughtCraftArchitects designed it. @RuftyHomes built it. @VerityDesignStudio curated it. When those three hands touch one property, you get a home that reads as a single, considered thought from front door to forest.

Here is what that collaboration actually produces:
• A sculptural kitchen with custom cabinetry and natural stone surfaces, calm enough for a quiet morning and open enough for a long dinner.
• Five bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms arranged for stillness, with spa-style baths and forest views from nearly every direction.
• A primary suite in its own secluded wing, with a private terrace and flex space ready for a wellness studio, a library, or a creative retreat.
• Outdoor living designed as a sequence: pool pavilion, dining terrace, fire courtyard, and native landscape that carries the eye from one setting to the next.

Properties this large, this private, and this close to downtown Raleigh, RTP, and North Hills are vanishingly few. A setting like this rarely comes around.

Save this if you're building your shortlist for what real architecture in the Triangle looks like.
