welcome to a new month, a month of colour, of crisp days and cosy creative gatherings. 🍂

this october,

We welcome connection and meet for our third collective gathering next week.

🎐 We welcome the elements of air and earth, as we create with nature's patterns, textures and forms. Together with Roxana @caplan.acts we are making nature imprints into clay and making wind chimes. If you are a lover of the spooky season, you can turn it into a themed chime.

🌃 We will continue our sensory walks with @girlswhowalknewcastle, this time with a night urban walk to notice nature in unexpected ways, and discover what's hiding in plain sight.

🌿 And we will advance our cordage skills and knowledge with Zoe @veryzoemitch, as we test bindweed cordage and other nature fibres for their potential to turn into twisted thread.

We are excited to get cosy and creative together!

Which events are you coming along?

DANCE CAMP EAST 2025 ✨️✨️✨️

My experience of DCE last year was magickal. I spent a few days soaking up all manner of holistic wonders, a true sense of connection and community, healing and stepping into one's sense of being and belonging.

This is a snapshot of my time there. And I'm soon to be back in the fields reconnecting with the home I found in the people I met, and expanding upon that community. On top of that I return as a healer, offering acu-sound therapy to those that wish to step into sound healing.

What this reel doesnt truly show is all the beautiful people I met, all the experiences of breathwork, meditation and much more I was fortunate enough to be a part of. Thank you everyone who made last year so wonderful. I look forward to seeing you all again.

Tickets are still available for this year's festival. Head to the link in my bio for full festival details. Come along, I'd love to see you create your own journey there. Maybe we carve out a path together.

All the loves,
🙌🏼❤️✨️

Finding little lost craft projects that I've had a go at but not posted on here!
These were lino cut leaves, really simple to do and infinitely reusable (I presume infinite!)
Had some beach offcuts that I could use as handles.
I have a number of friends who are really good at this and who are proper artists. They make some really beautiful lino works! Have a look at @artdatepodcast @veryzoemitch
