//West Wales magik p. 2//

Only posting now from my time in Cardigan due to living and breathing the lushness of it all and feeling like a balm to my bones... and Summer timing speeds up like anything.

I'd be back in a heartbeat if it wasn't so far away - such wonderful people and place. So many stories knitted into the land.

I realize I haven't done a proper post on my time in Wales yet, but today was was a proper coastal stomp. My frame is tired, my soul is lifted by the sweeping winds. My rucksack is a third stuffed with wool that I've collected, wafting from fence railings.

I don't have long left here.... but I really hope to return. What a special place <3 taken in Cardigan Bay by @veryzoemitch

Caught in the Sahara sand cloud with the sky turned orange and the town turned ghostly.

Little coastal explorings, mythology up to the eyeballs and ancient seal stamps. Even older footprints and new friends. Unexpected Greek karaoke, a bundle of smiles and a few signs of spring 🌱🌷🌸 taken in Chania, Crete, Greece by @veryzoemitch

The wetlands told me something about movement - there's so much richness from the tides coming in and out, so much life supported by the system of the seagrass and tiny crabs moving everything around (yes I did a conservation focused boat tour and had an absolute blast). People need movement, we need experiences to move through and inhabit, for our minds to juggle and play with. Sometimes that's travel, sometimes that's learning, sometimes that's dancing through an emotion.

I'm also about 76% pastel de nata right now..... But let me try and dance it off... taken in Faro - Algarve, Portugal by @veryzoemitch
