Ohhh 2016... To me that was a year of new friends and adventures in cosplay, I'd only started cosplaying myself the year prior and 2016 was the year I got fully engrained into the cosplay community. (Thanks to specifically @nikita_angelaa who informed me that there were more conventions in Norway besides Desucon) It was all about BTS, Overwatch, Love Live, Mystic Messenger, Yuri on Ice and Undertale. 🩷 I did my first cosplay group and we performed together multiple times in our home made costumes that we would work on together. We also cannot downplay the importance of memes in 2016, I can't believe I haven't seen a single dab in everyone's 2016 posts... Looking back it's crazy how we talked about it being such a bad year (a lot did happen in pop culture and politics, but compared to the political landscape of 2026... We had it so good.) I remember feeling lucky that my 2016 was the beginning of something so wonderful. I look back with love and nostalgia for the friends I made, the amount of effort we put in and all the positive reactions we would get. Lastly to anyone still here that has been here since back then, thanks for sticking with me through all the content of questionable quality lmao 💀 And to all my friends from back then whether we talk regularly or lost contact, please know that I will always treasure our memories and keep you in my heart 🫶🏼💞 . 👑 . #2016 #nostalgia #cosplay #norwegiancosplayer #2016cosplay

Thought I’d share some wholesome but slightly feral behind the scenes pictures from our ACOTAR fanfilm today and celebrate yesterday’s announcement! I was so excited to hear about the fact it’s being adapted into a series and it got me thinking about how much fun I have working on this project with my friends. There’s a whole thread up on my Twitter right now where we’ve all been sharing our favourite pictures (and a link to it in my stoeies). We stumbled across some rather nasty tweets about us and this project this morning and I ended up wanting to share some positivity to combat that. I think it’s always super important to remember that the people behind projects like this, regardless of whether they’re fanfilms on YouTube or a Netflix series are just people trying to do a good job with something they love, nastiness is always totally uncalled for! Anyway, I love my friends with my whole heart and I can’t wait to put the plague behind us so we can get back to work! #acotar #acotarfanfilm #acotarcosplay #acourtofthornsandroses #acourtofthornsandrosescosplay #sarahjmaas #starfallcourt #projectstarfall

I’m about to go make a big mug of hot chocolate and settle down with A Court of Silver Flames, so I thought I’d share a Lucien photo! I don’t remember ever sharing this one of @veswing and I by @heresetai from the day we filmed the wedding, so here you go! It doesn’t quite feel real that I’ll be getting to go back to these characters in mere minutes, I’ve missed this world so much! Hopefully this will help me cope with the fact we haven’t been able to film since October 2019, I miss it so much! It's been some time since I was in cosplay and even longer since I was Sansa but today I wore her again for a small project I'm working on which will be revealed later! @veswing and @escapecosplay were kind enough to help me in the freezing cold. Legit, it was -12C and I couldn't feel my toes 🥶 . . . #sansastark #sansastarkcosplay #gameofthronescosplay #gotcosplay #thenorthremembers

I miss Game of Thrones times 🥺 ✨ Whatever you think of the plot of the last season, at least every other department delivered (in my opinion)!❤️ ✨ I’m not sure who took this photo, hope my slight editing is okay!
