IN GOOD HANDS WITH COACH VIC

She's your path to success! Padwork is essential, round after round, where every punch sharpens the last and the noise of the day fades to nothing but breath and movement.

Let's get better everyday!

This past weekend tested me mentally and physically.

After already having one opponent withdraw from a tournament earlier this year, I was not about to let it happen again. When my opponent pulled out this time around, I asked to move up a weight class and do everything I could to make the new weight with only three days’ notice.

In the end, I weighed in under the category both days, but I still stepped into the ring. I won my first fight and lost my second. The size and power difference caught me off guard, my rhythm was not there, and my adjustments came too late.

At the end of the day, I am proud of myself.

I pushed myself outside my comfort zone and showed the skill and determination to go all three rounds. A loss never feels good, but I learned so much from the experience and came away even more motivated to improve.

Thank you to everyone who showed up this weekend and to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. 🫶🏼

@ilias2a , I am incredibly grateful for you as a coach. You challenge me, push me, and always have my best interests at heart. We know what works, and it shows.

And finally, @kcrz.fit . For the first time, you almost could not be there as my coach as you were my worried boyfriend. 🥺 We both know a setback will not keep me down, and I know you will always be in my corner.

I’ll be back stronger than ever... 🥊

Soon 😉

Kalkidan, Victoria, and Elysia have been putting in the work behind closed doors and now it's time to show it.

These women trained for this moment. Pull up, get loud, and show them the 161 community is behind them every round.
