Busy day in London today with the fab @vgnsofia !👯

We started off with pastries & strawberry matcha at @okjacafe 🍵🥐🥮

Then we went to show our support for the amazing @michelle.inthecrate of @animal.rising who is spending three full weeks (without break) in a farrowing crate outside the National Gallery, to highlight the plight of mother pigs in UK farms 💔

Next, we made our way to @tangrarestaurant where we had a fantastic meal (we chose the highly recommended taster menu)👌🌱

And we ended the day attending the London film premiere of @vivacharity ‘s new documentary, ‘What do you really know about dairy?’, followed by a celeb Q&A at the @princecharlescinema 🎞️✨

Meat the Truth bts
a receipt-style installation created in collaboration with @animaljusticeproject

The work confronts the realities of the meat industry through a format we interact with almost daily: the receipt. Something transactional, disposable and often ignored became a way to reveal the hidden cost behind consumption.

The red lines were inspired by actual receipt markings that signify the end of the printing paper. I found this deeply symbolic representing an ending, a warning, and ultimately the loss of life.

This project developed through my self-directed work with @ee_csm @csmgraphics Outcome became a speculative collaboration with @animaljusticeproject as part for situating the installation, so seeing it become reality turned out even better than I imagined.

Had the most amazing interactions with the audience ♥️

Huge thank you to my mum, my sister, and @vgnsofia and Sara for the support on the day. Also grateful to the CSM printmaking and wood workshops, and to Lakshya Singla and Radhya Seth for all their help.

Finally thank you to AJP and @_veganayrto for trusting me with this project.

We wanted to repost this powerful post by @vgnsofia 🤍

She’s an incredible creator sharing the truth about the dairy industry, even when people say to ignore it.

Ignoring reality doesn’t make it disappear. Behind the comforting myths is an industry built on suffering, for animals and the planet 🌍💔

Sharing the truth is how change starts. We’re so grateful for voices like hers that choose compassion and education every time 🌱🫶🏼 #veganfriendly #vegansofig #veganfortheanimals #vegancontent #vegancommunity
