MVMT & Dance is medicine. 🪩 Hype Club Founder/Creator. Health & Wellness my Jam! Your Hype + Fit MOM to 5. Ready to Hype up your life? Let’s Go!🎉

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Happy Friday! Let’s hype up our morning together!! 🥳

Random switch, same me. I figured I’d start with the part of me that’s usually in baggy sweats, ready to hype up my day by getting jiggy with it. 😂

I don’t think the pageant world has seen a hip-hop Hype girl quite like me yet…but here I am, showing up as my FAVORITE SELF. 💁🏻‍♀️

One of my favorite things about women’s empowerment programs is getting to show up authentically as yourself and express yourself fully. And for me, that will always include a little hip-hop, a lot of Hype, and making women feel good in their own skin. ✨

Wherever I go, I’ll always carry Hype Club with me….hyping women up through dance is part of my calling. I love you all!

Sending all the good energy and positive vibes to your happy FriYAY!!! 🎉👑

Get up and do this dance with me! 🙌🏼

We’re so happy to support Kerri as an in-kind sponsor on her Mrs. Treasure Valley journey ✨

But our relationship with Kerri started long before pageant sponsorship. She’s been coming to No Filter Aesthetics for a long time and is part of our membership. We have worked holistically on her skin. No Botox. No filler. No injections.

Kerri gets so many compliments on her skin, and people often ask where she gets her Botox or filler. The answer surprises them, she doesn’t have either. She comes to us for her monthly 60 minute No Filter facials, DMK enzyme therapy, and peel treatments. We have loved helping her care for her skin over time.

At No Filter, we believe in supporting healthy skin and letting it age naturally. Depending on what her skin needs when she comes in each month we tailor each and every treatment to give her skin the best support, health, and glow every time.

Kerri also takes care of herself in other ways, like drinking water, moving her body, and managing stress. It’s a combination of things, and we’re grateful she trusts us to be part of her skincare routine. Thank you, Kerri, for letting us support you!

We love a good night out, but hear us out… what if your next night out actually left you feeling BETTER the next morning?! 👀🔥

We’re in our wellness era, but that doesn’t mean we’re retiring our inner club girlies! 💅🏼🪩

Listen, the Boise bar and club scene has its place, and we’re not knocking it! But sometimes you just want to get dressed, grab your friends, turn up to some Nelly, drop it low, shake what your mama gave ya, and feel like you’re back at your favorite house party! 🔥

ENTER: THE HYPE CLUB. 💜

Where the music is nostalgic, the bass is bumpin’, the lights are low, the dance floor is HOT, and the only thing we’re serving is confidence, community, and a whole lotta “ride wit me” cardio. 🥵

This isn’t your average dance fitness class. This is a whole VIBE. A little nightclub, a little house party, a little fun dance WURKout… and a whole lot of feeling like Nelly back up dancers. 💃🏻

Because choosing healthier atmospheres doesn’t mean choosing boring. You can still get a little spicy, unleash your inner baddie, sing every word to “Ride Wit Me,” and have the time of your LIFE… completely sober.

And the best part? You’re home by 9:30, feeling like you went OUT OUT. 😂🙌🏼

Come average. Leave savage. 🔥

A full day of serving…and a reminder of why showing up for our community matters. 💛

One of my favorite nonprofits I’m a part of is this! I spent the day at the Riley’s Residence golf tournament. We’ve been involved for a couple of years, and this time I was especially grateful to be there as Mrs. Treasure Valley…sharing who I am, what I represent, and the difference I hope to make here in the Treasure Valley.

Riley is one of our patients at @summitlifechiropractic , and I’ve grown to love @mmireles124 , the founder of Riley’s Residence. Her heart for this community and her vision for a place where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities can be supported are so inspiring. It’s beautiful to watch that vision come to life and see all she’s been able to accomplish.

I spent the day serving and connecting with people at our booth…sharing about Summit and my In Loving Recovery platform. And of course, I still found time to have a little fun! Between golf sessions, I started a few spontaneous dance parties…because apparently I can turn just about any event into a dance floor. 💃🏻

I’ve loved being part of Riley’s Residence over the last couple of years, and this year felt especially meaningful…supporting a mission close to our hearts while sharing more of my own purpose, too. I left grateful for the conversations, and the chance to be part of something that’s making a big difference in children with disabilities lives ! 💛

Petition to normalize moms dancing it out to club hip-hop and R&B on a school night. 🪩🙋‍♀️

Calling all the mamas who spend their days taking care of everyone else: we know you need this in your life, too. A little time to let your hair down, laugh with your girls, and remember there’s a whole fun, confident, maybe-a-little-savage baddie inside you just waiting to hit the dance floor. 🔥

So consider this your permission slip to get down with your bad self and shake dat booty! You don’t have to wait for a special occasion, a girls’ trip, or a night when the kids are grown. We can pack lunches, sign permission slips, and still know every word to “Akon.” 😂

Sign the petition for yourself: make time to dance, feel good in your body, and do something that’s just for you. Come tired. Leave inspired. Home before 9:30pm.💜

Tag a mama who needs this permission slip! 🪩

Girl to girl: get into this hip-hop dance class. It will make you fall in love with yourself. 💜

When life feels full and everyone needs something from you, having something to look forward to…and something that’s just for you…can make all the difference.

Hip-hop gives us permission to be playful, let loose, and tap into that bold, confident inner baddie we don’t always get to bring out in everyday life. You don’t have to show up feeling confident. Sometimes you just have to show up, catch the beat, and let yourself take up space.

This is what hype club’s all about! It’s a chance to remember that you’re worthy of joy, confidence, and time for yourself.

Come dance with us tap into the energy that’s gonna help you come alive …and see what it this class brings out in you. ✨ link in bio!

Is overdose really a problem in Idaho?”

Idaho’s overdose death rate is lower than the national rate…but lower doesn’t mean nonexistent. In 2023, Idaho had 20.5 drug overdose deaths per 100,000 people, compared with 31.3 nationally. And in 2024, Idaho reported 212 deaths related to opioid overdoses.

Today, I wore purple for overdose awareness and spent the day in the Treasure Valley teaching quick, 10-minute Narcan workshops. A common response was, “I wouldn’t know what to do…but is this really something we need to worry about?”

I understand why people ask. Some may feel the chance of needing Narcan is tiny. But emergencies don’t give us a warning, and being prepared could mean knowing how to help save somebody’s someone.

Did you know Naran isn’t automatically required in standard workplace first-aid kits? OSHA’s guidance says workplaces may need to add supplies based on their specific, reasonably anticipated needs. That’s why I want to help churches, gyms, gas stations, and other community spaces make Narcan part of their preparedness plan….and help people feel more confident using it.

Because this is somebody’s someone.

This work is part of my In Loving Recovery platform, which aligns with Victoria’s Voice Foundation’s work in drug education, naloxone awareness and access, and overdose prevention.

These workshops also remind me why I share my story. We can rewrite our stories, break cycles, and turn loss into life-changing impact. We can carry our loved ones’ legacies forward. Our circumstances don’t have to define us—we can live by our calling. 💜

What’s your season??? WINTER! ❄️ ❤️

I had such a fun…..and surprisingly eye-opening-color analysis with House of Colour Boise! I learned that I’m a True Winter, with cool undertones and colors that really complement me.

People often assume I’m warm-toned because I have a little more color to my skin, so it was fascinating to learn how undertones work, explore the color wheel, and see which shades bring out the best in my natural coloring.

This will definitely help with pageant looks, but it’s knowledge I get to take with me well beyond pageant season….when I’m shopping for my wardrobe, choosing makeup, or just deciding what colors make me feel my best. And the best part? So many of the colors in my palette were already colors I loved!

I’m also loving the BB cream and lip glosses I got! Thank you, Allyson @houseofcolour_boisecitycenter , for generously gifting me this experience and helping me learn more about what works for me. It was fun, fascinating, and such a gift. 💙

Couple months ago, before the school year began, I spent the day volunteering at TAFT Gives Back’ fourth annual Beauty Salon Day for kids in the Boise community. I’m a little late sharing this….pageant season has kept me busy….but this day has stayed close to my heart.

The kids got haircuts, hair washes and braids, painted nails, backpacks, toothbrushes, and self-care goodies. They were so sweet and so stinking cute, and it was a joy to be there for all of it. It was a long heart filled day. I actually got to take my kids along with me to help show up and serve the community, and it was amazing.

This event felt like a beautiful connection between my past and my future. I know what it’s like to grow up around addiction, and being there with these kids reminded me how much it can mean when a community shows up with care, kindness, and a little extra love.

I left feeling so full…one of those heartwarming days that stays with you long after it’s over. I’m grateful I got to be part of it. 💛

Thank you @tommieq for having Mrs. Treasure Valley. 😘

One of my favorite appearances yet! 🤠✨

I was so honored to serve as a judge for the 10th annual Dirt Road Dancing Country Swing Contest at the Idaho State Fair last month! They invited Mrs. Treasure Valley to judge because of my dance background, including my professional experience and Hall of Fame recognition for dance and choreography + & @_the.hype.club_ ! It was soooo exciting!

I’m definitely a hip-hopper and I love swing too….my husband and I went country swinging on our first date and we love it! So getting to celebrate a dance style that means something to us was extra special.

The dancers were incredibly talented, and this year they added a fun curveball: each couple had to draw a song from a hat and dance to whatever came on. Watching them, I was soooooo impressed & it was sooo fun!

I also loved meeting the other judges who bring people together through dance…from bachata and burlesque, it was amazing to connect with them. I got to represent the hip-hop side, and it was such a cool reminder that dance creates community in so many different ways.

I spent my fair day smiling from ear to ear, and somehow didn’t make it onto a single ride…I was having too much fun doing this! Thank you to everyone who put on such an awesome event and to all the dancers who made it unforgettable. 🎉

What an honor this was…. Thank you @dirtroaddancingcountry @line_dance_with_madison You guys are amazing! 🤩

If the first beat of “Pony” just unlocked something inside of you… this is your sign. 👀

For the former club girls who still know every word, miss dancing, and want the fun without the late night: Hype Club is your kind of night out. 🪩

This isn’t your average dance fitness class… in fact this song would probably get us kicked out of the group Fitness Arena … lol….and you won’t find this vibe at a gym that’s for sure. We play these songs for a reason: they help us let loose, feel good in our bodies, and tap into our confident, playful, a-little-savage side + feel nostalgic. And we do it together, in a community that cheers you on.

Ps: is karaoke night every Hype Club night hence the pink mic! 😉

Come dance with us in Boise….and be home before 9. 💜😎

DM me “PONY” and I’ll send you the class details!
