Hi lovelies!

I’m going to tell you a little bit about the Beyond Birth Wellness Workshop I am offering!

The course is designed for mums (& their partners if they wish to attend) who are in late pregnancy or who have young babies - the skills you learn though will be transferable to older children and also across different life anxieties!

The workshop is in six parts and is designed to equip you, as parents, with a toolbox of resources that can help you to boost and manage your mental wellbeing.
In the current climate and with isolation such a concern for new parents these online support groups have never been more important.
In each session we will explore a new topic and look at these in a variety of ways including:

• simple mindfulness and visualisation audios
• guided relaxation and breathing techniques
• reflective q & a’s
• easy, effective, enjoyable self care techniques
• creative journaling, poetry and music
• an online Facebook community
• workbooks
• resources
• Dad’s and Partners Tips and Signposting
• Experts tips, online expert Q & A’s and free downloads

The first session is completely free (although you can purchase a resource ebook if you wish for £15 - it is not necessary but is a wonderful addition to the whole course and comes with extra resources and mp3 recordings!)

There will then be 5 more sessions that you can book onto if you wish - these are £10 each - but you can also just attend the first free session and take away what you have learnt from that - you can also dip in and out and pick and choose which other sessions you might attend - the biggest benefit will be coming along to all but each one can stand alone and is valuable in its own right!

Here is the full list of workshops and the dates they will be running:

1. Nurture
2. Emotions
3. Connections
4. Nourish
5. Healing & Recovery
6. Transformation

Send me a message to find out more about attending your first FREE session via zoom - this can be as a 1:1 or as part of the workshop group which runs every Saturday at 10:30am

And don’t forget to share with any mums or mums to be who want to learn some new life skills!

'In is the only way out'
... Sadhguru
Checked in and ready for my weekend Inner Engineering workshop with Sadhguru. I've no idea what to expect from it, and even though I'm here with Vix @vibhayoga, we found out that we're sitting in completely different areas of the arena. At first we huffed, but we can see the reason why they split people up, so that we can fully immerse ourselves in the experience.
Really looking forward to what will no doubt be an amazing experience.
